Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method and a system for compensating for temperature-induced changes in the relationship between brake pedal force and brake pedal travel in an electrically controlled brake system. The method may include performing, with a computing device of a vehicle, a sensing function when a function of decelerating the vehicle is applied. The sensing function may include: measuring a pedal force measurement; measuring a pedal travel measurement value; a simulator temperature measurement of the pedal sense simulator is measured. The method may include performing, with a computing device, a processing function. The processing functionality may include: calculating a braking command; applying a correction to the brake command based on the simulator temperature measurements, generating a final brake command; and outputting a final braking command.
