Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a composite material for a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)-based sliding bearing with a net structure. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a PTFE composite material; mixing the PTFE composite material; providing an auxiliary oil; the oil-containing mixture is subjected to blank making, extrusion and calendering, and a PTFE oil-containing calendered film is obtained; the compression ratio of blank extrusion is 20-80, the rolling speed is 3.5-5.0 m/min, and the thickness of the PTFE oil-containing rolling film is 0.1-0.5 mm; performing degreasing, two-way stretching and shaping on the PTFE oil-containing calendering film to obtain a PTFE-based sliding bearing fabric with a net structure; the composite material is compounded with a metal substrate to prepare the high-strength PTFE-based sliding bearing with a net structure.
