Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of a fullerene nano material capable of targeting a mannose receptor in preparation of a medicine for treating liver fatty degeneration. Through amidation reaction, mannose molecules are connected to fullerene, and the fullerene-mannose derivative material with a determined molecular structure is prepared. Through a mannose receptor overexpressed by mannosyl targeting macrophages, efficient uptake of the fullerene material by the macrophages is realized, excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory characteristics of fullerene are fully played, inflammatory factor expression of the macrophages is effectively reduced, and effective treatment of liver fatty degeneration is realized. 本发明公开了一种可靶向甘露糖受体的富勒烯纳米材料在制备治疗肝脏脂肪变性药物中的应用。本发明通过酰胺化反应,将甘露糖分子接到富勒烯上,制备得到分子结构确定的富勒烯-甘露糖衍生物材料。通过甘露糖基靶向巨噬细胞过表达的甘露糖受体,实现这类富勒烯材料被巨噬细胞的高效摄取,充分发挥富勒烯优越的抗氧化抗炎的特性,有效降低巨噬细胞的炎症因子表达,实现对肝脏脂肪变性的有效治疗。
