Zusammenfassung: | The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 0.2 g of quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, putting the quaternary ammonium salt chitosan into a centrifugal tube, adding 2.5 mL of ultrapure water, and uniformly mixing; adding 0.5 mL of 50% glycerophosphate, and shaking for 10 minutes; adding 1mL of 0.16% zinc oxide solution at room temperature, and shaking for 5 minutes; and cooling the reaction system to 4 +/-2 DEG C, and shaking for 72 hours to obtain the gelatinized zinc oxide antibacterial gel. According to the application of the prepared zinc oxide antibacterial gel to inhibition of bacteria at wounds on the body surface of a human body, after the zinc oxide antibacterial gel is incubated with 1 * 10 < 7 > gram negative and positive bacteria, the peak inhibition effect is achieved when the concentration is 0.016 mg/mL. And the liquid gel at 4 DEG C is completely solidified at 36 DEG C for 10 minutes, so that the wound is better protected. The method is simple in step and convenient to oper |
