Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a fresh corn ear and stem harvester and a header automatic profiling control device and method thereof.The fresh corn ear and stem harvester comprises the header automatic profiling control device, the header automatic profiling control device is connected with a header of the harvester, the header comprises a rack, a divider, a cutter and an ear picker, and the divider, the cutter and the ear picker are installed on the rack; the header automatic profiling control device comprises a header, an ear picker, a divider, a cutter and a height adjusting device, the divider is located at the front end of the ear picker, the cutter is arranged behind the divider and located below the front portion of the ear picker, the header is connected with the height adjusting device, and the header automatic profiling control device comprises a central controller arranged in a cab of the harvester and connected with the height adjusting device; the upper computer is arranged in the cab and is respectiv
