Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a clinical decision support method for identifying gout combined with atherosclerosis on the basis of expression of CD83, TNF and VIT genes in blood. A model obtained by using the method can improve the screening accuracy of gout combined with atherosclerosis. According to the method, feature genes are identified through machine learning, and a visual evaluation system is constructed to display candidate marker genes to perform risk evaluation on gout patients by taking clinical decision as a target. The input of the disease screening model is the gene expression quantity, the output of the disease screening model is the disease risk score, and the disease risk score is used for supporting clinical decision, so that atherosclerosis patients in gout crowds can be screened in a simpler manner, reasonable drug use of the patients with the double diseases in clinical practice can be guided, and the screening efficiency of the patients with the double diseases is improved.
