And the output precision of the memristor array is improved. According to the method, a group of corresponding actual output current data can be obtained through one-time voltage input at the beginning of power-on work of the memristor array, and then the magnitude of the compensation current for the memristor array can be quickly determined by utilizing other known array parameters of the memristor array; and finally, stable and accurate output current compensation can be carried out on the memristor array in the subsequent working process according to the magnitude of the compensation current, so tha
