The method comprises the steps that 1, unmanned aerial vehicle LiDAR point cloud data, foundation LiDAR point cloud data and unmanned aerial vehicle hyperspectral remote sensing data are acquired; step 2, carrying out registration and combination on the unmanned aerial vehicle LiDAR point cloud data and the foundation LiDAR point cloud data to obtain complete point cloud data of a forest region to be measured; 3, performing individual tree segmentation on the point cloud data of the forest region to be measured to obtain individual tree point cloud data of each tree in the forest region to be measured, and performing structural parameter calculation on the individual tree point cloud data of each tree to obtain a tree trunk and crown data set; and 4, preprocessing the hyperspectral remote sensing data of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and obtaining tree species type spatial distributio
