Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a cylindrical insulating material high-field resistivity measurement system based on a three-electrode method. The system comprises a high-voltage direct-current power supply, an ampere meter, a voltmeter, a test electrode, a constant-temperature and constant-humidity chamber, a protective resistor, an overcurrent protector, a voltage divider, a computer and a grounding terminal, the test electrode comprises a high-voltage electrode, a measuring electrode and a protection electrode; a to-be-tested sample is mounted between the high-voltage electrode and the measuring electrode, and the protective electrode is mounted on the periphery of the measuring electrode; the test electrode and the to-be-tested sample are placed in the constant-temperature and constant-humidity box; the anode of the high-voltage direct-current power supply is connected with the high-voltage arm of the voltage divider through the protective resistor; the measuring electrode is connected with the input end of the a
