Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of ferrous metallurgy, and discloses a high-toughness corrosion-resistant steel rail and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-toughness corrosion-resisting steel rail comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.58 to 0.68 percent of C, 0.45 to 0.55 percent of Si, 0.80 to 0.90 percent of Mn, 0.07 to 0.10 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.015 percent of S, 0.30 to 0.40 percent of Cu, 0.20 to 0.40 percent of Cr, 0.02 to 0.04 percent of Nb and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The corrosion resistance and obdurability of steel are improved by regulating and controlling the content of elements such as P, Cu, Cr and Nb, compared with a common high-carbon steel rail, the obtained high-toughness corrosion-resisting steel rail has the advantages that the toughness is improved by 15% or above, the corrosion rate is reduced by 40% or above, the high-toughness corrosion-resisting steel rail is particularly suitable for tunnel and w
