Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of pathogen detection, in particular to a TB Green detection method of chlamydia trachomatis and application. According to the invention, a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection system for the chlamydia trachomatis is constructed, and the detection system takes a pMD18-T/CT-pgp2 recombinant vector as a standard substance and detects the chlamydia trachomatis in a sample by utilizing a TB Green reagent. Experimental results show that when the pgp2 gene segment is used as a chlamydia trachomatis detection target sequence and matched with a TB Green detection reagent for chlamydia trachomatis detection, the accuracy is high, the specificity is good, the repeatability is good, no cross reaction exists, the detection threshold value is low, and early diagnosis of chlamydia trachomatis can be achieved.
