The soybean small RNA gene gma-miR159e-5p is applied to arabidopsis thaliana, negative regulation of anther cracking and pod wizening of arabidopsis thaliana under high temperature stress is achieved by inhibiting expression of downstream target genes, the germination rate of arabidopsis thaliana seeds under drought stress can be regulated, and the effect of inhibiting growth and development of arabidopsis thaliana under high temperature and drought stress is achieved.
