Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an application of an arabidopsis HIPP32 gene in regulating and controlling the lead stress tolerance of a plant. According to the invention, a homozygous mutant of the arabidopsis HIPP32 gene is obtained through PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) identification; an HIPP32 gene overexpression vector is obtained through a gene engineering technology, an HIPP32 gene overexpression arabidopsis thaliana strain is obtained, and a homozygous arabidopsis thaliana strain with the HIPP32 gene overexpression is finally obtained after screening. The tolerance of the arabidopsis HIPP32 gene mutant to lead stress is enhanced, the resistance of an overexpressed plant to lead is weakened, and under lead treatment, the elongation and chlorophyll content of the HIPP32 gene mutant root are obviously higher than those of a wild plant, and the elongation and chlorophyll content of the overexpressed plant root are obviously lower than those of the wild plant.
