Zusammenfassung:According to the candida albicans and tropicalis resistant mannan hybridoma cell strain and the monoclonal antibody, the hybridoma cell strain capable of stably secreting the candida albicans and tropicalis resistant mannan monoclonal antibody and a variable region sequence of the hybridoma cell strain are obtained through mouse hybridoma monoclonal antibody screening and RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction) method cloning Ig variable region genes; and the inclusiveness, the specificity and the titer of the antibody are identified by using an ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) method, so that a foundation is laid for the research and development of the candida albicans and candida tropicalis mannan resistant genetic engineering antibody. 本发明提供一种抗白色、热带念珠菌甘露聚糖杂交瘤细胞株及单克隆抗体,通过小鼠杂交瘤单克隆抗体筛选及RT-PCR法克隆Ig可变区基因,获得稳定分泌抗白色、热带念珠菌甘露聚糖单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株及其可变区序列,并用ELISA方法对抗体包容性、特异性、抗体效价进行了鉴定,为抗白色、热带念珠菌甘露聚糖基因工程抗体的研发奠定了基础。
