The packaging adhesive film comprises a POE (Polyolefin Elastomer) layer and an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) layer, the POE layer comprises a foam area and a non-foam area, the content of an auxiliary agent in the foam area is higher than the content of an auxiliary agent in the non-foam area, the foam area comprises foam holes, and the foam hole rate of the POE layer is 5-90%; the EVA layers are arranged on the two sides of the POE layer; and after the packaging adhesive film is subjected to lamination treatment for 10-20 minutes at the temperature of 120-160 DEG C and the pressure of 101 kPa, the cell rate is less than or equal to 5%.
