Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a brominated flame-retardant reinforced PBT/PC (polybutylene terephthalate/polycarbonate) alloy material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The material comprises PBT resin, PC resin, a brominated flame retardant, a compound synergist, ground glass fiber and a selected auxiliary agent which are uniformly blended. The cross section of the glass fiber is flat, and the mass fraction of the glass fiber in the brominated flame-retardant reinforced PBT/PC alloy material is 15-30%. According to the brominated flame-retardant reinforced PBT/PC alloy material disclosed by the invention, the flat ground glass fibers are adopted for composite reinforcement, and oriented crystallization of PBT is regulated and controlled, so that the brominated flame-retardant reinforced PBT/PC alloy material has very high CTI, relatively high GWIT and excellent flame retardance, and compared with traditional brominated flame-retardant PBT and halogen-free flame-retardant PBT, the brominated |
