Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and discloses a thermal management system and method suitable for electric engineering machinery and the engineering machinery. The thermal management system comprises an air conditioner circulation subsystem, a hydraulic oil thermal circulation subsystem, a motor thermal circulation subsystem, a battery thermal circulation subsystem and a control subsystem. The air conditioner circulation subsystem comprises a refrigeration circulation loop and a heating circulation loop. The hydraulic oil thermal circulation subsystem is connected with the heating circulation loop through a first heat exchanger; and the battery thermal cycle subsystem is connected with the refrigeration cycle loop through a second heat exchanger, or the battery thermal cycle subsystem is connected with the refrigeration cycle loop through the second heat exchanger and is connected with the hydraulic oil thermal cycle subsystem through a third heat exchanger.
