Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a long pipe hole structure brazing method which comprises the following steps: S1, processing a to-be-welded part of a pipe or a hole to ensure clearance fit of the pipe or the hole; s2, packing grooves are machined in the circumferential direction of the to-be-welded hole, and then compensation blocks with the same number as the packing grooves are machined; s3, a layer of foil-shaped brazing filler metal is wound on the outer wall of the pipe to be welded, and the pipe and the foil-shaped brazing filler metal are inserted into the hole; s4, the filler groove is filled with paste brazing filler metal, the compensation block is squeezed into the filler groove, and redundant brazing filler metal is removed; s5, the assembled pipe, the assembled hole and the compensation block are placed into a vacuum brazing furnace; s6, after heating to the brazing temperature according to a set program, applying external force to the compensation block to squeeze the compensation block into the filler |
