Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a plate blank treatment device and a plate blank treatment method. The plate blank treatment device comprises a base, a conveying assembly, a scraper structure and a cooling assembly. A conveying channel is arranged on the base in a penetrating mode in the first direction and used for transferring plate blanks. The conveying assembly is connected to the base, and part of the conveying assembly is located in the conveying channel. The scraper structure is connected to the base and slidably arranged relative to the conveying channel in the second direction, the scraper structure can be partially located in the conveying channel and abut against the plate blank, and the first direction intersects with the second direction. The cooling assembly is connected to the base and communicates with the conveying channel. In the embodiment of the invention, the plate blank treatment device and the plate blank treatment method can ensure the deburring effect of the plate blank in the deburring proc
