Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of mechanical forging, and particularly relates to a piston rod forging method which comprises the following steps: (1) heating through a heating furnace: heating a workpiece to 870-890 DEG C at a heating rate of 30-40 DEG C/h, keeping for 30 minutes, then heating to 1050-1100 DEG C at a heating rate of 60-80 DEG C/h, keeping for 30 minutes, and then normally air-cooling to 950-1000 DEG C; the method has the beneficial effects that the production efficiency of the piston rod is improved, the machining workload is reduced, cutters and raw materials are saved, the product percent of pass is increased, the productivity is improved, and the performance of the piston rod is better.
