A multi-aldehyde aromatic monomer and a multi-amino aromatic monomer are subjected to a Schiff base reaction to construct a COFs material, then the surface of the COFs material is modified with polyfluoroalkane and loaded with nano-palladium, and the polyfluoroalkyl modified COFs loaded nano-palladium catalyst is obtained. The catalyst takes a COFs material with a large specific surface area and a rich pore structure as a framework, the framework is endowed with high adsorption activity, the palladium nanoparticles are highly dispersed and stably loaded, the framework is endowed with high catalytic activity and stability, the catalyst can be repeatedly used, the use cost can be reduced, and particularly, by modifying a fluorine chain on the surface of the COFs material, the performance of the catalyst is improved.
