The processing method comprises the following steps: adding radishes into a solvent, heating for the first time, filtering for the first time, and collecting a first filtrate; after the first filtrate is collected, adding the radishes into a solvent for second heating and second filtering, and collecting a second filtrate; combining the first filtrate and the second filtrate, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution; adding the concentrated solution and distiller's yeast into the crushed tripterygium wilfordii, and fermenting; and after fermentation, drying to obtain the tripterygium wilfordii processed product.
