Zusammenfassung:	The burner of a dual-use gas water-heater is characterized in that between the fire nozzle of the water heater and the gas valve is provided with a regulating valve respectively, the regulating valvefitted on the fire nozzle of the water heater includes a valve seat in the central part of which is disposed with a stepped conic pot interlinked to the fire-nozzle mounting seat and the gas valve and integrated with the mounting seat and the gas valve. A valve lever is also provided, which is a conic stepped lever, on one side of which it has an air-inlet hole and on the other side it has a large air-outlet hole and a small air-outlet, there is a "-" shaped slot on its body, and a spring is bushed on the upper end of the valve lever, there is a fixed plate on the valve seat.
