Tripterygium wilfordii propagation method

The invention provides a method for breeding tripterygium wilfordii. The method comprises the following steps: selecting tripterygium wilfordii seeds which are in the same place, consistent in maturity and healthy; the method comprises the following steps: pretreating tripterygium wilfordii seeds, including outer membrane removal, disinfection and hormone treatment; preparing a matrix, and mixing different matrix materials in proportion; sowing and culturing the seeds in a temperature-controlled culture environment, and controlling the temperature to be 25 DEG C; treating the seeds by using solutions with different hormone concentrations; the seeds are covered with shading nets of different layers; regularly spraying water, keeping the substrate wet, and recording the survival rate, the leaf number, the stem diameter and the plant height of the seeds under each treatment condition.
