The system comprises a new energy power generation unit, a power system unit, an electric hydrogen production unit, a hydrogen energy power generation unit and a hydrogen load unit. The new energy power generation unit preferentially supplies generated energy to the power system unit, and redundant generated energy is supplied to the power hydrogen production unit; hydrogen produced by the electric hydrogen production unit is preferentially stored in the hydrogen energy power generation unit, and redundant hydrogen is supplied to the hydrogen load unit; when new energy power generation cannot meet the electric energy transmission requirement, the hydrogen energy power generation unit converts hydrogen energy in the hydrogen storage tank into electric energy.
