Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-aqueous electrolyte capable of improving high and low temperature performance and a lithium ion battery, the electrolyte comprises a main lithium salt, an organic solvent, lithium difluorophosphate and a compound shown as a formula (I): # imgabs0 # in the electrolyte, the lithium difluorophosphate and the compound shown as the formula (I) respectively account for a% and b% of the total mass of the electrolyte, and the following relational expressions are met: a + b is more than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 5.5; 0.05 < = a/b < = 10. The electrolyte can improve the normal-temperature and high-temperature cycle performance and high-temperature storage performance of the battery, and meanwhile, the low-temperature discharge performance of the battery is improved.
