Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of control valves, and particularly relates to an equal percentage type control valve design method based on a geometric compensation type Bernoulli equation. The method comprises the following steps: determining design parameters; solving the overflowing area of the control window under the 100% opening degree; solving the overflowing area of the control window under other opening degrees through loop iteration; solving a characteristic coefficient of the control window; solving the coordinates of the control window under the corresponding opening degree; programming the fitting curve to obtain a geometrical shape model; the flow coefficient under the 100% opening degree is obtained through analog calculation; and setting an error value, if the error value does not exceed the range of delta, determining that the design is qualified, otherwise, re-correcting and then sequentially calculating until the design is qualified, and obtaining an adjusting characteristic.
