Performing parameter optimization and calculation on the CASA model and the GSMSR model based on the optimization parameters, outputting and calculating long-term net ecosystem productivity data based on corresponding long-term net primary productivity data and long-term heterotrophic respiration data, and training a random forest model through the optimization parameters and the long-term natural data; and inputting the short-term natural data into the trained model to estimate short-term net primar
