Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biotechnology and medical diagnosis, and particularly relates to application of a KAT7K432 site in colon cancer treatment and/or prognosis evaluation. Analysis is carried out based on the KAT7K432 site acetylation modification level and the prognosis level of the clinical patient of the colon cancer, and the result shows that the KAT7K432 site acetylation modification level has significant correlation with the prognosis of the clinical patient. The total survival rate of a patient with a low KAT7K432 site acetylation level is higher, and better prognosis is indicated. The KAT7K432 site is taken as a target spot, so that the proliferation and migration of human colon cancer HCT116 cells can be inhibited, the quality and volume of colon cancer tumors are reduced, and colon cancer is treated.
