Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for dyeing skeletons of cells growing on magnetic microspheres, which comprises the following steps: firstly, filtering liquid containing cell microspheres by using a filter membrane, and leaving the cell microspheres on the filter membrane; washing the cell-containing microspheres with PBS (phosphate buffer solution) at room temperature, and fixing the cell-containing microspheres with 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for set time; washing the cell-containing microspheres with the PBS again; immersing the cell-containing microspheres by using Triton X-100, standing, and then flushing the cell-containing microspheres by using a phosphate buffer solution (PBS); immersing the cell-containing microspheres by using a spanishneedles cyclic peptide diluent, and keeping out of light and transparent at room temperature; cleaning the cell-containing microspheres with the PBS again; and finally, dyeing the obtained cell-containing microspheres by using a DAPI dyeing solution, and |
