The preparation method of the porous positive electrode material comprises the following steps: S1, adding a metal salt precursor with a certain concentration into a beaker as an electro-deposition solution; s2, the porous metal of the electro-deposition substrate serves as a working electrode, a platinum wire serves as a counter electrode, silver/silver chloride serves as a reference electrode, and electro-deposition is conducted with certain constant-potential electro-deposition parameters; and S3, after the electro-deposition is finished, cleaning and drying to obtain the difunctional porous positive electrode material.
