Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of virus detection, and particularly relates to a primer pair and a kit for detecting monkey pox virus based on recombinant polymerase amplification and CRISPR/Cas12a. The sequence of the recombinant polymerase amplification primer pair disclosed by the invention is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-2. According to the invention, a novel detection technology combining CRISPR/Cas12a with RPA and lateral immunochromatography is established; a new rapid detection technology for the monkey pox virus is established, and compared with a traditional PCR detection method, the detection time of the detection method established by the project is shortened by at least 1 h. 本发明属于病毒检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于重组聚合酶扩增和CRISPR/Cas12a检测猴痘病毒的引物对和试剂盒。本发明所述重组聚合酶扩增引物对的序列如SEQ ID NO.1~2所示。本发明建立CRISPR/Cas12a结合RPA及侧向免疫层析的检测新技术;建立针对猴痘病毒的快速检测新技术,本项目建立的检测方法相比于传统PCR检测方法的检测时间至少缩短1h。
