Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a macrophage function screening system as well as a screening method and application thereof. The macrophage function screening system comprises a CRISPR-dcas9 system and a suicide gene system, wherein the CRISPR-dcas9 system is used for overexpressing a gene of an sgRNA library and changing the polarization state and function of macrophages; the suicide gene system is used for screening polarization states and functions of macrophages.
