Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, in particular to three-strand forming oligonucleotides for inhibiting E26 transcription factor 2 gene expression and application of the three-strand forming oligonucleotides, and the three-strand forming oligonucleotides and a promoter core region of an E26 transcription factor 2 gene can form an oligonucleotide sequence of three-strand DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid). A polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis experiment, an in-vitro transcription inhibition experiment and a cell proliferation inhibition experiment prove that the three-strand-forming oligonucleotide can form a stable three-strand DNA structure with a promoter core region, the transcriptional level of an E26 transcription factor 2 is inhibited, and the drug resistance of breast cancer cells to adriamycin is reduced. Meanwhile, the invention can be used for preparing drugs for treating breast cancer drug resistance.
