Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a toughening process of flame-retardant polyamide resin. The process comprises the following steps: preparing polyamide; a polyamide resin drying step; carrying out flame-retardant modification on polyamide resin; preparing a toughening agent; a polyamide resin toughening step: adding 6 to 10 parts by mass of a toughening agent, 6 to 10 parts by mass of a curing agent, 20 to 40 parts by mass of carboxyl-terminated nitrile rubber, 12 to 22 parts by mass of hydroxyl silicone oil, 10 to 20 parts by mass of zirconium diboride and 4 to 8 parts by mass of a lubricant into 100 parts by mass of flame-retardant polyamide resin; the composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2 to 4 parts of an antioxidant, 5 to 10 parts of a coupling agent, 5 to 10 parts of modified graphene and 0.5 to 1 part of a plasticizer, the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring, heating to a molten state, adding into a double-screw extruder, an |
