The biodegradable polymer has a main chain and a plurality of side chains, the main chain of the biodegradable polymer comprises polysaccharide macromolecules, the side chains of the biodegradable polymer comprise a polyethylene glycol-degradable polyester block copolymer and/or degradable polyester, and the main chain and the side chains are connected at least through covalent bonds. The covalent bond comprises any one or more of an ester bond, an amido bond, an imine bond, a carbon-sulfur single bond, a dihydropyridazine bond and a triazole bond.
