The probe is constructed by taking silicon rhodamine as a fluorophore and diphenyl phosphinyl as a recognition group. In the presence of O2 , O2 can carry out nucleophilic attack on phosphate ester to generate 1, 6 elimination, so that quaternary ammonium salt is decomposed, silicon rhodamine luminophores are released, and ring opening of the silicon rhodamine luminophores is promoted. Before the reaction, the silicon rhodamine quaternary ammonium salt 8 with the spiro structure keeps a non-fluorescent state and has a low background; after the free and ring-opened silicon rhodamine dye reacts with O2.-, the free and ring-opened silicon rhodamine dye can be excited to emit near-infrared fluorescence, so that the aim of detecting O2.-is fulfilled, and the free and ring-opened silicon rhodamine dye has a very good application prospect in the field of biology-related science.
