Zusammenfassung:	The quantitative dish distributing mechanism assembly comprises at least one dish containing bin, a dish containing opening is formed in the outer side of the upper portion of the dish containing bin, the end, away from the dish containing opening, of the dish containing bin is connected with a rotating shaft, the bottom of the dish containing bin is connected with a spiral conveying mechanism, and the output end of the spiral conveying mechanism is located on the upper portion of a dish distributing hopper. A soup base collector is arranged on the lower portion of the bottom of the dish containing bin, a soup outlet is formed in the bottom of the dish containing bin, the soup base collector is used for collecting soup bases flowing out of the soup outlet, and a soup returning hole is formed in the bottom of the soup base collector and used for being connected with the input end of a soup returning mechanism. The soup bases are quantitatively beaten into the corresponding positions of the dinner plates, and t
