The invention provides a vehicle body structure which enables collision load caused by offset collision to be more effectively dispersed. The present invention is provided with: a pair of cylindrical side frames (1) extending in the front-rear direction; a cross member (6) extending in the vehicle width direction and connecting the side frames (1); and a sub-frame (3) located below the side frames (1) and fixed to the side frames (1) by means of fixing points provided to the side frames (1), and at least a part of the portion where the cross member (6) is fixed to the side frames (1) is disposed so as to overlap with the portion where the sub-frame (3) is fixed to the side frames (1) in the vertical direction. 本发明提供一种使由偏置碰撞引起的碰撞载荷更加有效地分散的车身构造。设有：一对侧车架(1)，其沿着前后方向延伸，具有筒形状；横梁(6)，其沿着车宽方向延伸并连结各侧车架(1)；以及副车架(3)，其位于侧车架(1)的下方，借助设定于各侧车架(1)的固定点而固定于侧车架(1)，横梁(6)固定于侧车架(1)的部位的至少一部分以与副车架(3)固定于侧车架(1)的部位在上下方向上重叠的方式配置。
