The invention relates to a foldable carrying vehicle which comprises girders, a transverse frame arranged between the two girders, a carrying plate fixedly arranged above the transverse frame and a wheel turnover mechanism, and the wheel turnover mechanism comprises a rotating shaft seat, a rotating piece rotating around the rotating shaft seat, a fixed plate fixedly arranged on the rotating piece and a wheel unit fixedly arranged on the other face of the fixed plate. Each wheel unit comprises a damping structure connected with the corresponding fixing plate and a wheel, the fixing plates are horizontal when axles of the wheels are in a horizontal state, the fixing plates are vertical when the axles are in a vertical state, and first locking mechanisms are arranged between the ends, close to the wheels, of the fixing plates and the outer side faces of the corresponding girders.
