The multi-axis deburring and chamfering method comprises the following steps that firstly, three-dimensional modeling is conducted on a workpiece to be machined; then, according to the three-dimensional model, a deburring and chamfering path of the workpiece on the machine tool is created; then, according to the created deburring and chamfering path, a sugar ball cutter matched with the deburring and chamfering path is selected; and finally, the sugar ball cutter is installed on a numerical control machine tool, the movement of the machine tool is controlled through a CAM system according to the three-dimensional model and the deburring and chamfering path, and automatic deburring and chamfering treatment on the workpiece is achieved through the sugar ball cutter.
