Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a knob type thumb protector, which comprises a protector main body, which is provided with a sleeve hole for a thumb to pass through, so that the protector main body is sleeved at the root position of the thumb to form a structure for supporting the thumb; one end of the first connecting piece is connected to one side of the protector body, and the other end is provided with a connecting groove; one end of the second connecting piece is connected to the other side of the protector body, and the other end of the second connecting piece penetrates through the connecting groove to be connected with the first connecting piece so as to be matched with the first connecting piece to form a ring sleeve wrapping a palm; the knob adjusting part comprises a knob assembly and an adjusting rope which is connected to the knob assembly in a telescopic adjusting manner; the knob assembly is installed on the protector body, one end of the adjusting rope is connected to the end, penetrating through the c
