Film peeling device and film peeling method

The invention provides a film peeling apparatus which can prevent the peeled film from re-adhering to a base material film or prevent the film component from dissolving into a cleaning solution to reduce the peeling capability. The coating stripping device is used for stripping a coating from a film with a coating on at least one surface of a base material film.
