The radio frequency card communication device is in communication connection with far-end communication equipment and is used for realizing data interaction between the radio frequency card and the far-end communication equipment; and the far-end communication equipment is used for carrying out data interaction with a far-end data center. The intelligent water meter can interact data with the far-end communication equipment through the radio frequency card communication device, the data can be collected at the far-end communication equipment, and the collected data can be subjected to data interaction with the far-end data center, so that the intelligent water
