Obtaining a to-be-compared power industry standard clause data pair; performing data preprocessing on the to-be-compared power industry standard clause data pair to obtain a processed to-be-compared power industry standard clause data pair; carrying out data coding based on the trained and optimized RoBERTa model to obtain a processed to-be-compared power industry standard term vector pair; calculating the similarity of the processed to-be-compared power industry standard clause vector pairs, and obtaining a similarity score; and according to the similarity score, measuring the semantic similarity between the power industry standard clause data to be compared.
