The invention provides a magnetostrictive guided wave transducer and a guided wave monitoring system.The magnetostrictive guided wave transducer comprises a magnetostrictive material, a coil and a magnet array, the magnetostrictive material is bent into a cylinder, the magnet array comprises a plurality of magnets arranged at intervals in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the cylindrical magnetostrictive material, and the coils are arranged in the magnet array. Each magnet is polarized along the radial direction of the magnetostrictive material, and the magnetic pole directions of the adjacent magnets are opposite; the coil is arranged in a bent mode and comprises excitation parts and connecting parts connected with the excitation parts, the excitation parts extend in the axial direction of the magnetostrictive material, the multiple excitation parts are arranged in the circumferential direction of the magnetostrictive material at intervals, and the connecting parts enable any excitatio
