Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses preparation of a difunctional fluorescence sensor and application of the difunctional fluorescence sensor in SARS-CoV-2Mpro detection and inhibitor screening, and the preparation comprises the following steps: dissolving an AIE probe TPE-Ph-In and a substrate S-TLG in a THF-H2O solution, fully and uniformly mixing, adding glutaraldehyde, and stirring for reaction under closed and dark conditions; the fluorescence sensor is obtained after the reaction is completed. The sensor disclosed by the invention is simple to prepare, mild in reaction condition, convenient to operate and easy to prepare in batches, and a response result can be obtained within 45 minutes after the constructed sensor is added into SARS-CoV-2Mpro to be incubated: after the anti-Mpro active substance is added, different fluorescence signals are generated and can reflect the strength of the anti-Mpro activity, so that the sensitivity of the anti-Mpro activity is improved.
