Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a surface-strengthened guard rail for a railway turnout and a manufacturing method of the surface-strengthened guard rail. Comprising a guard rail body, and a wear-resistant layer is arranged on the guard rail working edge of the guard rail body. The wear-resistant layer and the guardrail body are tightly connected into a whole; the wear-resistant layer is a bainite steel wear-resistant layer; and the wear-resistant layer is a surface-strengthened wear-resistant layer prepared by adopting an electric arc additive manufacturing or laser cladding technology.
