Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of tumor cell detection, in particular to a double-clamp-shaped three-chain helix complex, a gene loop and application in preparation of a CTCs-EMT phenotype analysis reagent. The double-clamp-shaped three-chain helix complex is constructed by a sequence 1, a sequence 2, a sequence 3 and a sequence 4; the nucleotide sequences of the sequences 1-4 are as shown in SEQ ID No. 1-4. The green fluorescence (MFICSV) is increased while the red fluorescence (MFIEpCAM) is reduced, which indicates that the expression of the intermediate marker CSV is increased while the expression of the epithelial marker EpCAM is reduced in the CTCs-EMT process.
