Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a recombinant yeast engineering bacterium for producing tripterygium wilfordii Abietatrien-14-ol and a preparation method of the recombinant yeast engineering bacterium. The recombinant yeast engineering bacteria disclosed by the invention are subjected to overexpression: a coding gene BTS1 of podophyllum pyrophosphate synthetase, a coding gene ERG20 of FPP synthase, a coding gene SmMS of salvia miltiorrhiza protanshinone diene synthetase, a coding gene TwTPS9 of tripterygium wilfordii diterpene synthase, and a coding gene TwCYP82D274 of cytochrome enzyme. A cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase coding gene TwCPR3 can also be subjected to overexpression; furthermore, overexpression of a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase coding gene tHMG1, a phosphoketolase coding gene PK and a phosphotransacetylase coding gene PTA can be realized. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the production of the Abietatrien-14-ol in the yeast is realized.
